Handyman & repair services across California
One AI conversation, one local California pro. We connect you with a handyman who works your city and your kind of job — usually inside 15 minutes. You and the pro handle price, schedule, and the work directly.
1. Which city?
2. Paint already on it or just bare drywall?

How Handyum works in California
Describe what's wrong
Plain English. Our AI asks two or three follow-up questions to scope the job. Takes about 60 seconds.
Get one local pro
We connect you with one handyman who works your part of California and your kind of repair. Not five. No bidding war.
You handle the rest
You and the pro discuss price, schedule, and payment — directly. Handyum is paid by the pro for the introduction, never by you.
California licensing — what to know
California requires a CSLB contractor license for any home-improvement job over $500 in combined labor and materials. Below that threshold, an unlicensed handyman is legal under CSLB §7048.
Handyum is a matching service — we connect you to pros, but we don't verify licenses on your behalf. Before work starts, ask the pro for their CSLB number, then verify it directly at cslb.ca.gov. Ask for proof of general liability and (for crews) workers' comp insurance. Keep all communication in the Handyum chat so both sides have a record.
